Airport Operations

Vehicle Permits

Vehicle Permits are obtained in the Airport Badging Office (#207) during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The color of the vehicle permit corresponds with the color of the Airport ID Badge which the person driving the vehicle possesses.

Persons who have not been issued an Airport ID Badge may not obtain a Vehicle Permit.

When applying for a Vehicle Permit, the applicant must provide the vehicle license plate number, make and model, and (if not a signatory carrier) proof of at least one million dollars of insurance.

Once obtained, the Vehicle Permit is to be placed on the driver’s side, upper corner of the vehicle’s windshield.

If the vehicle will no longer by used at the Airport, the Vehicle Permit must be completely removed and destroyed.

Please reference Badge Fees to see costs associated with the Vehicle Permit stickers.
