Cab services are available to any location in central Iowa. Bus transportation is available throughout the metro area. There are options for linking to any destination in the state by taking the inter-state transit buslines. Central Iowa and the surrounding counties around Polk (where the Airport & the City of Des Moines are) are accessible through a special service called Heart of Iowa Regional Transit Agency.
