NOTICE OF 'SPECIAL' PUBLIC MEETING

OF THE

DES MOINES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT BOARD

 

DATE: MONDAY, OCTOBER 29, 2007

TIME: 8:00 a.m.

PLACE: Cloud Room, 2nd Floor, Airport Terminal

The Des Moines International Airport Board is a Governing Board appointed by the City Council. The Board holds regular meetings the 1st Tuesday of each month. The Airport Board will discuss the Items as posted on the Approved Agenda. Any person wishing to speak on any Item will approach the podium, give his/her name and other pertinent information and will be allowed 5 minutes to discuss the item as established in the Airport Board By-Laws.

NOTICE

Some of the Board Members may be present by Electronic Means if it is impossible or impractical for them to attend in Person due to the Expeditious Nature of this meeting.

  1. Roll Call
  2. Recommend to City Council Approval of the Form of Offering Documents for the Issuance of “Not to Exceed $40,000,000 Aviation system Revenue Refunding Capital Loan Notes”, and Recommend that City Council Authorize the Execution and Distribution of Same
